Purchasing By placing an order, you agree that: – Payment as displayed in the checkout process must be sent as soon as possible after the order is placed. Any order with no payment confirmed within 3 days will be automatically cancelled. – Orders will start being processed only until payment is confirmed. – Items, weapons, and droids will be placed on a specified cargo container and you or the designated SenBe will be added to the crewlist. – Raw Materials will be stored in one of our Depot 1 stations, and you or the designated SenBe will be assigned. – Vehicles will be stored in one of our Depot 2 stations, and you or the designated SenBe will be assigned. – Vehicles, items, weapons, droids and raw materials will need to be picked up and loaded to the customer ship(s) before makeover, the exception of this is if you buy a ship or cargo container from us, capable of holding the entirety of your order, then your order will be loaded to your ship or container and made over immediately. If planning to buy a ship, please let us know beforehand, or using the message section in the checkout process.
Time frames – Although we generally process orders in less time, please plan and allow up to 3 days for your order to be kitted and prepared for your arrival, keep in mind that shopkeeping must be done meticulously and that it takes a bit of time to get everything right the first time! – If you want to place an order but want to pick it up at a later time, please let us know, and send notice at least 3 days prior to your arrival. – Once processed, your order will be available for pick up for a month, after that period, you will need to buy a ship or containers capable of holding the entirety of your order, for which you will have additional 15 days, if we receive no notice from you during that time, your order will be cancelled and you will get only a 50% refund. – If you experience extraordinary circumstances that interfere with your plans and these time frames, please reach out to us so we can work together on a solution.
Reselling We don’t mind you reselling the products you purchase from our depot, as long as you already have the ownership of them.
Returns and Cancellations – Returns or refunds on orders already picked up is not possible. – You may cancel an order and get a full refund as long as it hasn’t been processed yet, otherwise a restocking fee of 10% of the order will be deducted from your refund.
Security Everyone’s security is one of our top priorities, so we ask you to please refrain from remaining more time than necessary inside our delivery locations after you pick up your order. We will make sure containers and stations are empty before processing the next order, if someone is found in the interior of a delivery location and becomes unresponsive for more than a week, we will be forced to arrest and move them to a safe location.
